Description

In the small town of Hessigheim, with 2474 inhabitants, a monolith appeared. Located on private property in proximity to the Hessigheim rock gardens.

Notes
Hessigheim. A mirror-smooth, around three-meter-high metal stele has recently been placed on a plot of land by the Hessigheim rock gardens. It is unclear who placed the work of art there. Neither the property owner Frank Nägele nor the rock garden winery, which uses the small plateau for events, were informed about this. Hessigheim is now part of a worldwide phenomenon: since helicopter pilots discovered such a monolith while counting sheep in the Utah desert in mid-November, more and more of them have appeared around the world. The steles stand in front of Spanish church ruins, in a field in Romania - and now also in the Hessigheim rock gardens. (ck) Photo: throttle
